That's why all of our stainless steel jewelry is covered by a limited lifetime warranty designed to protect you against any manufacturing defect.
And so you can order with total peace of mind, every piece comes with our 30-day trial: wear it, live with it, and if you're not satisfied, we refund you.
💎 Lifetime Warranty
What the warranty covers
Our warranty applies to any manufacturing or quality defect affecting your jewelry, including:
abnormal discoloration — a Dix sur Dix piece never turns green or bronze;
broken clasp or component failure;
loss of gold plating under normal conditions of use;
engraving or finish defects visible upon delivery.
If your jewelry shows any of these issues, we will offer you:
a free replacement of the same model (or an equivalent model if it is no longer available);
or a store credit of equal value on our shop.
What the warranty does not cover
Our lifetime warranty does not cover:
loss, theft, or accidental damage;
natural wear of the plating — for example a piece rubbed or worn down against an abrasive surface — as well as scratches and normal signs of wear;
damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, lotion, etc.), or misuse;
jewelry modified, repaired, or customized outside of Dix sur Dix.
How to file a claim
Contact us at info@dixsurdix.shop with your order number.
Attach a clear photo of the item and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 3 to 5 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement piece or an equivalent credit free of charge.
Conditions
The lifetime warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and upon presentation of proof of purchase.
It applies exclusively to jewelry sold on Dixsurdix.shop
Dix sur Dix reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered based on the nature of the damage — each claim is reviewed case by case.
🔁 30-Day Trial — Satisfied or Refunded
Really try your jewelry. Wear it, live with it, see if it's you. If it's not the one, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back and get refunded. No explanation needed.
Return conditions
The piece must come back to us in perfect condition — tried on, yes, but with no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations — with its packaging and all accessories.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Certain items, such as personalized items, may not be eligible for return (check the product description before purchasing).

Promotional items and special offers
- Returns of items obtained through a promotion or special offer are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- When a promotion includes a free item (for example: buy one piece of jewelry, get a second one free), the free item has no refundable market value and cannot be refunded separately.
- In the event of a partial return of an order that benefited from a promotion, Dix sur Dix reserves the right to recalculate the invoice based on the items kept and returned in order to preserve the terms of the original promotional offer.
- Any refund will be based on the amount actually paid by the customer for the items eligible for return.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The customer is responsible for choosing an insured shipping service to ensure the items arrive back in good condition.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable: if an item is returned or refunded, only the amount paid for the item itself is refunded.
