Welcome to Dix sur Dix. By using our services and placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General
These terms of service apply to all orders placed on the official Dix sur Dix website. By using our site, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Products
Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials, including gold-plated stainless steel, and is water-resistant, sweat-resistant, and hypoallergenic. We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Orders
To place an order, you must be of legal age and provide accurate contact information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards as well as other payment methods listed on our website. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
5. Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $90. Allow 2 to 5 business days in Québec and 5 to 10 business days elsewhere in Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions. Dix sur Dix is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Try your jewelry for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it comes back to us in perfect condition (no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations), with its packaging and accessories. Personalized items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part.
7. Warranty
Our jewelry is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — including clasps and color retention (a Dix sur Dix piece never turns green or bronze). Natural wear of the plating, for example a piece rubbed or worn down against an abrasive surface, is not covered. Each claim is reviewed case by case, upon presentation of proof of purchase. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of Dix sur Dix and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your information will be used solely to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
Dix sur Dix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms of service regularly.
